Tom Niesen CEO & Founder
Before starting Acuity Systems, Inc. in 1990, Niesen spent 14 years in upper sales management and marketing positions with companies like Polaroid and Fuji Film. There he built sales teams and began to understand how and why sales teams failed, the difference between effective sales processes and what just sounded good, and what it really took to create a superstar sales force.
Today, he blends his own experiences with nationally proven training and evaluation tools from The Sandler Sales Institute, Objective Management Group, and Extended DISC, to teach a unique brand of sales training and personal development. It's so unique - and so engaging - that Niesen closes his own prospects at a rate that would make most salespeople green with envy.
Tom can frequently be found on the road conducting in-house workshops for major corporations, and he is regularly asked to assist in the training and development of sale trainers nationwide. He helps industry leaders formulate successful management, sales, and prospecting strategies daily. Top executives from Tyco, Heidelberg, and Coldwell Banker have all benefited from Tom's expertise and experience, especially in the areas of new account acquisition and recruiting an effective sales winner.

Brad Stevens
Coach and Consultant
Brad Stevens brings over 25 years of business management and development experience to the Acuity team. From holding executive positions to successfully founding 3 companies of his own, Brad has a clear understanding of what it takes for a business to be successful.
He is also a firm believer that quality performance must be built in at the design stage. With this philosophy in mind, he helps businesses grow by focusing on three key areas: the people, processes, and company performance. His 23 years of experience in the staffing industry and his background in operations allows him to then fill in any gaps.
Brad received his bachelor’s degree in business from Texas Tech University, and his MBA from the University of Dallas. He has served as a member of the Economic Development Council for the Greater Dallas Chamber from 1998-2001, and is Past Chairman of the Texas Chapter of The Association of Work Process Improvement (TAWPI).
Currently, Brad is actively involved with the CEO Netweavers organization and has served on the Steering Committee, the M&A Forum and the Program Committee. He is also the Vice President of the Dallas Sigma Chi Alumni Chapter and serves on the Executive Committee of this association.

L’areal Hudson graduated magna cum laude from the University of North Texas with a degree in marketing. Before joining the Acuity team, L’areal did marketing for the Murchison Performing Arts Center. There she was responsible for rebranding the performing arts center, increasing brand awareness and attendance, and bridging the gap between the center and the student body. She also spent four years as the Marketing Assistant at Golden Triangle Mall where she coordinated special events, handled interior visual merchandising, and leveraged the various marketing efforts.
As the Director of Marketing for Acuity, she handles all the marketing from managing the website to social media to booking speaking engagements and anything in between.
A self proclaimed quotaholic, L’areal, lives by an old Walter Bagehot quote: “The greatest pleasure in life is doing what people say you cannot do.” It is no wonder then, that she views obstacles as an opportunity to be innovative and challenge the status quo.
